Shared identity
One account, every product
A single sign-on account, managed on our own Keycloak, works across every VMH product, including the ones not built yet, which inherit it on day one. Institutions administer people once, not once per tool.
Credential spine
Training that ends in proof
Academy courses issue their certificates through Cachet. A graduate leaves with a credential an employer can verify without contacting us.
AI spine
Built once, used throughout
Labs builds the agents and automation; the products embed them. Vemylo runs on that work, and client engagements draw from the same engine.

Built in Cameroon, for the region
Virtual Minds Hub Enterprise Ltd was founded in January 2024 and works from Commercial Avenue in Bamenda, Cameroon. We build for institutions, businesses, associations and non-profits across Cameroon and the region.
Our position is simple: software here has to match how work actually happens. Payment through Mobile Money. Conversations on WhatsApp. Staff and students operating in English and French, often in the same room. Connectivity that cannot be assumed.
So we design for those conditions first, then run what we build. Our platforms are cloud-hosted with off-site backups and can be operated remotely, so a local disruption does not interrupt the services clients depend on. Every system on this page is one we operate ourselves, which is the only way to learn what breaks.
