Associates
Who it is for
Experienced freelancers in hosting, web and UI design, software or applied AI who want real client work without chasing it.
How it works
We win and scope the engagement, then hand you a defined piece to deliver to our standard, reviewed on a staging URL we both watch.
How you are paid
Per deliverable or per milestone, agreed up front. No retainer, and no obligation between projects.

Apprenticeships
Who it is for
People early in their path who want to learn by building on real projects, through VMH Academy.
How it works
Structured training first, then supervised work on live tasks. The strongest apprentices move up to become associates.
What you gain
This is a learning place, not a paid role. You gain structured training, supervised experience on real projects, and a verifiable VMH Academy credential, with a clear route to paid associate work as your skills prove out. [PLACEHOLDER: apprenticeship terms pending legal review]

Division partners
Who it is for
A senior person ready to own and grow one division, for example Academy, Hub or Labs, rather than take a job.
How it works
You lead delivery and growth for that division. We provide the brand, the platform and the shared infrastructure behind it.
How you are paid
A share of what the division earns, or equity, agreed in writing. You earn as it earns.

Referral & reseller partners
Who it is for
Consultants, vendors and agencies whose clients need hosting, software or IT procurement.
How it works
You introduce or resell, we deliver and support. It fits naturally with VMH Hub and the CheapHostPro platform.
How you are paid

Honest about where we are
We are building this group carefully. We would rather pay people fairly for real value delivered than promise salaries we cannot yet guarantee. As the work and the income grow, the strongest collaborators grow with it, into steadier and larger roles.
